The New Orleans Police Division (NOPD) acquired a brand new helper for its neighborhood watch – a miniature horse named Patch. The NOPD posted to X (previously Twitter): It’s official – our beloved Patch the mini horse is a full-fledged NOPD Officer!!! Patch was sworn in at this time by Mayor LaToya Cantrell.
